This return policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the European Union and European Economic Area. Products are dietary supplements for general wellness, sold without prescription. This policy complies with EU consumer law.
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must inform us of your decision clearly (e.g. by email).
Conditions for Returns
Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened dietary supplements may not be accepted for return unless defective.
Refund Process
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made using the same payment method. We may deduct direct costs of return if applicable.
Defective Products
